Our engineering analysis of the project using Power Analytics DesignBase5 revealed that the long distance between the generator and new service required 12.47kV transformation for the new feeder.

project included the design/build a Heat Pump system to replace the existing evaporative coolers and gas fired heating systems, Building # KSP1, KSP2 & RC01. Also, to replace the urinals, water closets , shower heads, stalls, lavatories , soap dispensers, toilet tissue dispensers, shower curtain/rods , exhaust fans and resurfacing and installing concrete floor finishes (ARDEX K301 or approved equal) to Building # 864.

project involved replacing the existing undersized Dx HVAC system with a new redundant 125-ton air cooled chilled water system for unmanned aircraft support. Our electrical engineering capabilities provided the new power design to support redundant air cooled chillers, backed up by a standby generator. Construction estimate $1.03M.

The engineering services for this
project were to provide all site investigation and design services for the preparation of construction drawings and Specintact specifications required for the reconfiguration of existing space on the first and second floor of Building 1000 at Creech AFB to accommodate the expansion of the 432nd Wing Operations Center (WOC). The entire newly reconfigured space complys with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements. Construction estimate $1.3M.
